Further Photos from Epstein Estate Disclosed by Democratic Party US Congress Members
Development blueprints for the financier's secluded tropical island featured within the images.
Furthermore contained in this new image release is shown to be a property layout for the Great St James island, located in the Caribbean US territory.
The financier purchased a smaller island - the Little St James - back in 1998, but subsequently obtained the bigger Great St James in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
These photos reveal he had created plans to develop the sprawling island by erecting residences, an performance venue, an submerged workspace and a pool.
Visible on the drawing is Pillsbury Sound, a waterway in the region, marked on the south-eastern section.
The architectural drawing is covered in notations in red and includes a key labelling distinct parts of the estate.
Accompanying this are what seem to be an additional nine property layouts and construction drawings, including designs for marina coverings.
Further materials made public as part of the continuing congressional disclosure.
